About Us..

unique position

I suppose is one of the few "residence" of the Emilia-Romagna coast that is placed behind the sea. From the balcony you can have a wonderfull sight and in 30 mtrs you are on the beach, plenty of comforts and services. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you don't want to use the car and you like biking, you can easely reach Rimini, the paradise of entertainment. If instead you prefer calm and tranquility, you can stay in the area, full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy excellent dishes of Romagna cuisine.

Very Good

the view to the sea was perfect! the apartman was so big, it was very comfortable with big rooms and the big and long balcony. there were a table and 2 chairs in the balcony. the kitchen was good and have all dishes to cook. the dining table was big for 4-6 people! the wifi was good. the owner-operator was very kind and help in all things! the apartman was clean and there were floor-tile everywhere (no carpet). we were in september and the room's temperature was good, it was not hot. there were rolling shutter in all rooms and worked perfectly (but was hard to pull up)!
